Williams began his career with AT&T in 1990 and has held a variety of positions in Finance, Product Management, Business Planning, Human Resources and Sales. Prior to his current role, he has served as Senior Vice President-Business Communications Services for AT&T Southwest, Federal Sales Vice President for AT&T government Solutions and HR Training Vice President. An advocate for people development and diversity, Williams is on the advisory boards of T University and Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional & Community Advancement (APCA). Besides his AT&T responsibilities, he sits on the advisory board for the National Sales Network (NSN) and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). A native of Washington, DC, Williams graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
